The Mix

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Support for men experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts or crisis. Free helpline: 0800 58 58 58 (5pm–midnight daily).

Rethink Mental Illness

SHOUT Crisis Text Line

Papyrus HOPELINEUK
